Bio: Back in 2005 Chad Neiss had grown frustrated and tired of ordinary contractors who never returned calls and when they finally did, rarely arrived on time if they bothered to show up at all. He called on his friend, Tom Brubaker, pitched his handyman service idea and these two friends started Home One Services.
