Recent Home Renovation

Home remodels and renovations are something we absolutely love doing at Home One and we take a lot of pride on exceeding our clients’ expectations. 

Here’s a look at our recent home renovation project:

A family of four from Manheim, a husband and wife with two daughters, bought a house in Lancaster Township, and reached out to our team at Home One with a vision of wanting to enhance the design of their new single level home.

The renovation started with removing all inside walls from their four-bedroom home.  The new concept included the new design of a master bedroom suite with adjoining bedrooms for their two children, an open living room, another bathroom, laundry room complete with a laundry shoot for children’s room, and a beautiful new kitchen.

The flooring in the entire house has been updated to reflect a trendier look and feel that’s also attractive, clean, and easy to maintain.

The entire master bathroom was demoed and a custom bathroom oasis created. 

The new master bathroom has undergone a complete makeover – it is now spacious, stylish, and very functional. 

Among other sophisticated and quality features, it has a custom shower complete with white wave-like tile, seat and rain showerhead, custom Jacuzzi tub and shelving, and custom makeup tilted mirrors above double-sink vanity. Check out more of this bathroom’s before and after photos.

Their new gourmet kitchen features some open shelving and frosted cabinet glass doors, custom backsplash tile, top of the line appliances with sub zero fridge and 6-burner Viking stove, wine cooler, and custom kitchen faucet. After about 3 months of renovation, the house got a brand-new look and turned into a much more spacious, functional, elegant, and visually appealing home – just in time for our clients to relax and enjoy the holiday season!
