Recently Completed Project: Bathroom Renovation

Here’s a look at our recently completed project: a bathroom renovation for a handicapped gentleman.

Our client’s home had extensive leaks coming through the existing bathroom tile. The leak was leading into the basement and causing wood damage to floor joists and underpayment.

We demoed the entire bathroom, and replaced several damaged joists. Custom tile work was performed by Josh and Mike of our Home One team, who installed tile to the customers’ specific taste and design. The homeowner was very appreciative of the fact that we caught the cracked pipe before the work was completed, understanding that, had it remained uncovered, it could’ve lead to even more headaches, expenses, and repairs down the road.

After about 4 weeks of renovation, the old bathroom got a brand new look and turned into a much more functional and efficient bathroom, just in time for our client to relax and enjoy the holiday season!
