Chad Neiss is the co-founder and President of Home One Services. After graduating from Franklin & Marshall College, Chad started his own mortgage company, Guardian Home Funding, Inc./Aarrow Mortgage Group, which quickly became one of Central PA’s largest mortgage lenders.
Soon after, he opened up an Internet division that was well ahead of its time, BestPriceMortgage.com. In 2002, he sold both of these companies to a national bank and now serves as Vice President of Mortgages for Ephrata National Bank.

As Co-Owner, Tom wears many hats within Home One Services. He primarily is in charge of day-to-day operations, estimating and helping service our customers’ homes. Tom brings with him 20+ years of carpentry experience to Home One Services.
Tom is also an avid hockey fan and has been involved with hockey since his youth. He loves spending his free time with his two daughters and making them laugh.
Josh has over 15 years of carpentry experience and has specialized in kitchens and windows throughout his career. Josh’s experience has been invaluable to the Home One Services team, as one of his many strengths is his attention to detail on the job site.
Josh likes to spend time playing hockey with friends and playing with his son and dogs.
As a carpenter, Mike brings 20+ years of carpentry experience to Home One, and has had experience in all phases of construction. Mike even turned an old barn into his home!
Mike enjoys riding his bike and spending time with his wife and children.
Roberta is our Office Manager. She is the friendly voice and point of contact for Home One. She will be glad to schedule you for an estimate and answer any questions that you have. In her spare time, she is active with Norlanco Relay for Life, enjoys antiquing and spending time with friends and family. She has recently become a Grandmother to a beautiful girl, Lilah Jean.
You’ll see Pops helping out at Home One from time to time. He is the father of co-owner, Tom, and helps out part-time picking up and running materials to job sites. A retired employee of the School District of Lancaster, he enjoys relaxing with his family by the pool and is an avid motorcycle fan.
Andrew joins our team as Project Manager bringing with him a wide range of talents. Although spending much of his 16-year professional career as a graphic designer in the Advertising and Publishing world, he has always had a passion for renovation and handyman work.
Working alongside professional tradesman in virtually every facet of construction and handyman projects, he has continually educated himself and become proficient at understanding what it takes to complete projects and satisfy clients. His variety of expertise as a Craftsman and Designer will be actively working toward a solution for your next project.
When he’s not wrestling his two children on the living room floor, his leisure activities include playing guitar, disc golf, forging knives, and making beer.
