Chad Neiss
Chad Neiss is the co-founder and President of Home One Services. After graduating from Franklin & Marshall College, Chad started his own mortgage company, Guardian Home Funding, Inc./ Aarrow Mortgage Group, which quickly became one of Central PA’s largest mortgage lenders, including an internet division, BestPriceMortgage.com, which was well ahead of its technological time.
In 2005, disgruntled with trying to find a quality contractor that would return phone calls or show up on time, he called his life-long friend, Tom, and floated the idea of starting a handyman / home improvement company. After a few months of discussion and planning, Home One was born and the rest is history.
In addition to serving as President of Home One, Chad is co-founder of the Chad Neiss II Memorial Scholarship fund along with his wife, Dana and son, Hunter. He is an active member of the Building Industry Association of Lancaster, recently serving on their Board of Directors. Chad is also a licensed Realtor and in addition, serves as a Senior Advisor at a finance, strategy and operations consulting firm.

Tom Brubaker
As Co-Owner, Tom wears many hats within Home One Services. He primarily is in charge of day-to-day operations, estimating and helping service our customers’ homes. Tom brings with him 20+ years of carpentry experience to Home One Services.
Tom is also an avid hockey fan and has been involved with hockey since his youth. He loves spending his free time with his two daughters and making them laugh.
Mike
Mike is the longest tenured employee at Home One, joining the team in 2012 and becoming a partner in the company in 2022.
As a carpenter, Mike brings 20+ years of carpentry experience to Home One, and has had experience in all phases of construction. Mike even turned an old barn into his home!
Mike enjoys riding his bike and spending time with his wife and children.
Roberta (Bert)
Roberta is our Office Manager. She is the friendly voice and point of contact for Home One. She will be glad to schedule you for an estimate and answer any questions that you have. In her spare time, she is active with Norlanco Relay for Life, enjoys antiquing and spending time with friends and family. She has recently become a Grandmother to a beautiful girl, Lilah Jean.
