Chad Neiss
Chad Neiss is the co-founder and President of Home One Services. After graduating from Franklin & Marshall College, Chad started his own mortgage company, Guardian Home Funding, Inc./Aarrow Mortgage Group, which quickly became one of Central PA’s largest mortgage lenders.
Soon after, he opened up an Internet division that was well ahead of its time, BestPriceMortgage.com. In 2002, he sold both of these companies to a national bank and now serves as Vice President of Mortgages for Ephrata National Bank.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Chad Neiss lives in Manheim Township with his wife, Dana and his two sons, Chad II and Hunter. He is a volunteer coach for the Manheim Township Ice Hockey Club, as well as the Hershey Junior Bears. A certified USA Hockey Level 4 coach, Chad has a strong commitment and love for the game of hockey.
